I have over 7 years of experience in IT industry and hold a position of Senior/Lead QA Engineer. I have great experience in testing mobile platforms, especially I like to work with iOS applications.
I have carried out QA coordination, manage all aspects of QA for specific applications during the development cycle; manage feedback on applications; develop large scale test plans for applications using all relative testing methods; measure QA metrics and results to improve the overall QA process; work with the development team to continuously improve application functionality, cooperating with internal groups such as Product Management, Engineering and Support to improve the overall offering as well as helping to resolve critical customers issues.
