I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and IT professional since 2016. I have been a QA Tester for 1 year and a Technical Support for almost 2 years.
I am knowledgeable on different kinds of testing like cross browser compatibility, user acceptance, functional testing, usability testing, sanity and regression testing.
Currently I am working as a QA tester in a IT company. I am expert in executing test cases and document results for test case execution, identify defects and log them into defect tracking tool which is JIRA, verify fixes in detailed and create test scripts and test cases.
As part of the Technical Support Team of the Operations department in the Software and Hardware IT company, It helped me improved my communication skills, ability to work well with people and improved my technical skills in terms in hardware and software problem. I am also passionate on every tasks given to me and always give my very best to deliver a quality of work that every employer needs. I have gone through difficulties and challenges that resulted to greater things. As an IT professional I would like a job where I can hone and improve my skills and where I can also learn new things. I am confident that we will do great work together since I have the skills that every company need.
