My name is Vivek Menon, I have been working as a Quality Analyst for the past 10 months. I believe a good software tester should always think from the user's perspective so that he could understand what's best for the user. I also have proven work experience in creating test scenarios, test cases and executing them and reporting the bugs using tools such as JIRA, Teamwork, Trello.
