All registered users are able to create new discussions / comments.

All project owners are allowed to do this as well. However they will probably not.

This is our place.

If you have a question regarding some project - you can ask here and we will answer because we are in contact with them and we can provide some useful information.

one thing i need to ask is who gives rating to our reports ? project owners or qaprovider ?.. and for what rating how much balance is increased?

All ratings are given from project owners. That is why in some project it is a slow process, in others faster. It depends on project owners business and availability.

We still playing will balances, we are still start up! We pay for +3/+5 rating changes 1$ now in projects where $$$ from QAProvider announced. Sometimes in our project we pay +3$ for a really interesting things. A lot of +1 ratings might give +1/+3 for feedback, it is also reviewed.

Soon (in nearly future) we want to try sharing bonus scheme. All applicants will know the project budget. And when testing is done the budget will be shared between all testers in proportion of their rating within the project. With this scheme we want to pay more for those testers who did the biggest impact. And pay less for those who are not. And time for earnings will be delayed until project finished.

what will be the role of warm up testing in that case ?

This is a good question!

We want to pay for warm up process just after warm up process has been finished and despite of warm up results.

Even if the project owner doesn't want to continue testing process.

All feedback / reports during warm up will be payed separately and marked as already payed.

And when the project finished these reports will not be a part of sharing scheme because they have been already payed.

It is an easy way for testers to find first bugs when only 5 applicants do tests. Not a big competition here!

And we pay for all useful reports / feedback here as we did in last warm up process! Even if it is a bug report with +1 rating about grammar mistake. It is very important to show in this stage that we can find cool bugs with +5 and minor bugs with +1.

Cheers :)
