My experience was great. We really weren't expecting the number of users we got requests for, since you said 20-30.  But this is good, we are happy to get that amount of feedback.  Your platform was pretty easy to use, I would definitely recommend to colleagues.

Maxim, good afternoon 

The experience was great, I liked it. From the point of view of the idea of crowd testing I gained everything that I had hoped - a lot of users and devices give good results, especially on android ( all the reports on iOS repeated the same feedback that my previous testers had conducted). 

Overall, very worthy. I wouldn’t say that I would test each build this way, yet the quality of such  control testing proves practical for testing to be carried out like this from time to time. You didn’t deceive, there were a lot of keen testers.

We prepared new version of our app, but it didn't sell well enough. We've been struggling to find the reason. Hopefully, testers at qaprovider.com were able to find several serious problems in our new version. After fixing these issues, new version started selling much better than before.

The experience on QAProvider has been excellent, the support we received from Max and the team has been consistently awesome.

Through having our Beta available on this site we have been able to identify some of the problems with our App and get some of them fixed already. I am only a bit disappointed that it came to an end so soon, and wish that we had been better prepared to take full advantage of the opportunity.

There are so many Beta testing websites & communities around which promise the world but deliver very little, whereas on QAProvider our expectations were radically exceeded! I believe that in the future QAProvider could be a one-stop solution for Beta testing, and I noted that some interesting features such as being able to mark features as complete after they have been suggested are very powerful, if this feature could be integrated into a project management tool such as Asana it wold be really compelling and save us a lot of time.

I would also suggest that the internal messaging system be improved so we can communicate more easily with each of the testers directly and suggest making a comprehensive introduction as to what to expect prior to submitting the project, we certainly found it somewhat overwhelming as there were constant requests to use our app and so many features requested!

I will definitely tell my friends who are developing Apps about this resource and look forward to staying engaged with the community here and each of the testers who tried our App.

Overall, my experience with QAProvider has been great, from initial contact to successful conclusion of the beta test. The team provided a lot of support - drafting a test procedure, setting up a site where testers could deploy Visipops tracking code, and helping manage the Q&A with testers.

The team initially spent time with the Visipops platform in order to really understand how it works - this helped a lot with managing the test later.

The quality of the feedback that we received from testers was excellent, and the process allowed us to identify and then fix a large number of bugs. Visipops is about to launch to the public and I feel that we're now in a much better place and have a more robust platform. QAProvider helped a lot with this.

I will recommend QAProvider to others and wish the team best of luck for the site.
