• Responsible for planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks for the assigned product.
• Work closely with business analysts and product development managers to understand user requirements and to provide support to the development during creation of each feature.
• Analyze requirements across products and applications to identify acceptance criteria.
• Tests software to ensure that developed products meet requirement specifications and are within quality criteria and standards.
• Work closely with multiple development teams to ensure quality testing practices are incorporated across the development cycle.
• Provide and create process improvement right after each product releases.
• Write test documentation such as test cases, scenarios, create test data and identify defects within the software products
• Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team members
• Provide individual status reports to the test manager, stakeholders and development team in the required frequency.

• Administer and maintain all automation scripts using an internal tool, review all product changes and coordinate with developers to provide efficient feedback and partner with manual test team to implement all manual test cases.

• Follow organization testing policies, standards, checklists and procedures in day-to-day testing activities

• Creates and executes high quality test scripts against product releases

• Test SAP HR backend functionalities (Payroll, Time Evaluation, DME)
• Performs the analysis of current client business processes, using the functional knowledge of SAP & euHReka platforms

• Adapts and parameterizes the solution to the taking of requirements
• Resolves medium complexity problems related to the functional environment of the application.

• Solves easy and medium complexity problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and the knowledge of legislation in the country.
• Perform unit testing of these parameterization results; carrying out the necessary tests in a testing environment.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of encrypted programs.
