4+ years testing web and mobile applications end-to-end from designing the automation framework to tracing a production bug back to its actual root cause, not just reporting the symptom. Currently at Enterprise64 on the Ajinomoto account, prioritizing test coverage by risk and release timeline and reporting quality metrics directly to engineering. Previously built Cypress/Selenium/TestNG automation at Pixeledge (ERM Assess for Amazon, 80% test coverage) and at Waada Digital across fintech, banking, and insurance clients including Kashf Bank and Telenor Microfinance Bank (+40% coverage, -30% testing time). Comfortable digging through Splunk logs and querying AWS data stores directly (Redshift, Aurora, DynamoDB) when a bug needs more than a screenshot to explain.
