The company I’m working in is a fast developing one - XOR.ai, a startup, based on a product, which facilitate the recruitment process via an automated chatbot.
I have strong abilities in testing entirely the product, identifying deficiencies, and not in the end, describing properly the issue.
While testing a product, for me as a QA, it is important to be able to provide solutions for identified product problems (from a user perspective). This can help not only me in future testing, but also the developers and business analytics.
