My responsibilities includes: building test process, working with the requirements, creating and working with test plans, checklists, test cases. Lead a team of manual QA (6 persons): establish and evolving formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices, communicating with stakeholders to ensure QA vision is understood and implemented correctly.
