Route Spoofer — Mock GPS route player for devs & QA (Android, 14-day closed test)
Route Spoofer is a free, open-source (MIT) Android app for developers and QA engineers. You draw a route on the map, set a speed, and the app feeds a moving mock GPS location to the whole device — so any location-based app (navigation, delivery, ride-hailing, dispatch, fitness) reads the route as if it were real, without you physically moving.
We're running a Google Play closed test and need testers to help the app qualify for production release.
What we need from you:
- An Android phone
- Join the closed test via the link, install Route Spoofer from Google Play
- Stay opted-in and keep it installed for the full 14 days (please don't leave the test early — that's what counts toward our release)
- Open the app a few times during the period
- Send us your bug reports AND your ideas for improvement through QAProvider — both are highly valued
We especially want to hear: what felt confusing, what's missing, and what would make this genuinely useful for your testing workflow.
The app is tiny (~3.6 MB), needs no account, collects no personal data, shows no ads, and serves no purpose beyond testing.
